1. Acceptance Of Terms
By creating an account, starting a free trial, or otherwise using Oryan Studio (the "Platform"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using the Platform on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
2. The Platform
Oryan Studio is a unified business platform that may include websites, CRM, AI tools, automation, lead generation, marketing, scheduling, and related features. We continuously improve the Platform and may add, modify or remove features.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
4. Free Trials
- Free trials last 7 days from sign-up.
- A valid payment method is required to start a free trial.
- No setup fees. No long-term contracts.
- You may cancel anytime before your trial ends to avoid being charged.
- If you do not cancel, your subscription will begin automatically at $97/month (Starter) or the price of the plan you selected.
5. Subscriptions & Billing
Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice. Taxes may apply based on your location.
6. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from inside the Platform. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you retain access until then.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to (a) use the Platform for unlawful purposes; (b) send spam or unsolicited communications; (c) infringe third-party rights; (d) attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer or gain unauthorized access to the Platform; (e) misuse AI features to generate harmful, deceptive or illegal content.
8. Your Content
You retain ownership of content you create in your workspace. You grant Oryan Studio a limited license to host, process and display that content solely to operate the Platform for you.
9. AI Output
AI-generated output is provided "as is". You are responsible for reviewing AI output before publishing or sending it to customers.
10. Third-Party Services
The Platform may integrate with third-party services. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms.
11. Intellectual Property
The Platform, including all software, design, content and trademarks, is owned by Oryan Studio and protected by intellectual property laws. No license is granted except as expressly set out here.
12. Disclaimers
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
13. Limitation Of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Oryan Studio's total liability arising out of or relating to the Platform will not exceed the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages.
14. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if required by law. You may stop using the Platform at any time by cancelling your subscription.
15. Changes To These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice before they take effect.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Oryan Studio's principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
